 Our meditation + breath course

A comprehensive 10 week course to learn and implement meditation and breathing techniques into daily life. 

The course begins with an introduction session on meditation and breathing and the importance of these practices for improving performance and supporting overall mental health. 

This is followed by eight weekly training sessions in how to perform four evidence-based meditation and breathing techniques for high performance and stress management.

We conclude with an interactive session for Q&A and ways to sustain an ongoing meditation and breathing protocol to suit  individual needs. Every session will be recorded and will be accessible throughout the program.

All participants will also gain access to our online forums for continued guidance, accountability and support.
