Our comprehensive and practical ten week course in physical movement training educate your employees in overall movement and mobility.
The course begins with an introduction to mindful movement and mobility which educates on the key learning areas and addresses how to move safely and effectively for all levels.
This is followed with eight weekly sessions where we will train the four core principles of mindful movement and mobility. These sessions are physically challenging whilst fun and engaging.
The final session of the course is a interactive session for Q&A and ways to sustain an ongoing movement and mobility protocol to suit your individual needs.
Every session will be recorded and will be accessible throughout the program.
All participants will also gain access to our online forums for continued guidance, accountability and support.
